Hardware fails and Support ghosts you until warranty expires

I purchased this EvoFox Elite X controller in October 2024. After less than a year, it developed severe stick drift and the buttons started failing to register inputs during gameplay. The controller became completely unusable for competitive games.The hardware failure is bad enough, but the customer support is the real reason I am writing this review. It is non-existent.I tried to contact them in October 2025 to claim my warranty via email, phone, and WhatsApp. They ignored every single attempt. I had an extended warranty valid until January 15, 2026, so I tried reaching out again in January. I submitted support tickets and sent WhatsApp messages days before the expiry date.They received my messages but chose not to open them. They literally waited out the clock until my warranty expired so they would not have to replace the faulty unit.Do not buy this product. If it breaks, you are on your own because they will not help you.

I have 2 controllers of evofox and they both work good, first one was very good that's why I went for another one.Worth the price I think
