Usless product i recived the product with was not working at all i tought it might have battry low than wi keep for charging until the while light occurred. But then tho the machine is not working. And more useless that the coutomer care i call more then 50 time mesg them every day but no a single reply.Dont buy the product waste of money and wont get refund nor replace.That dam fraud and scame people

But it has a disadvantage that it does not have any feature... high low and medium ka... and 2nd thing is that there should be a massage tip in the center of the neck... it massages from the neck... which is a bit bad... not satisfied... no doubt relief is available... but massage on the back bone is not available....but ok good product...thanku Amazon😍
