-Ordered on 5 july 26 and got it on 16 july 26.-My room size is about 7 ft X 4ft X 10 ft( height)-My usage is about 10 to 15 hours per day.PROS:-It is compact, light, very easy to install (just plug in and start using) (no inverter or mcb etc)-It removes humidity quickly and effectively.-Cooling is satisfactory (used extensively even in peak temperatures and humidity) not as good as normal ACsCONS- there is noise equivalent to a small cooler- will not be effective for bigger rooms or open spaces.- packaging could’ve been better ( I received bent mounting rod , because there was no protective packaging on the sides of ac)VerdictVery Good product for small rooms within price range of 15k. Best for people who want hassle free quick installation and deinstallation. Easy to transport also.

I logged a complaint, and a technician promptly visited, inspected the AC thoroughly, and assured me it was safe and working properly.​Front Water Leakage: In August 2026, water began leaking from the front panel. Customer support quickly arranged the required replacement part, and an engineer arrived promptly to install it.​Since that repair, the unit has been running smoothly without any issues. The customer support team is extremely responsive, empathetic, and effective at resolving problems quickly. It cools effectively, creates a comfortable environment, and delivers great value.

Very disappointing product.It worked fine only on the first day. From the next day onwards, the fan kept running but the compressor stopped working, so there was no proper cooling.Also, don’t believe the “plug and play” claim—you’ll most likely need to buy a separate stabilizer, which cost me around ₹2,500.The replacement process takes at least 10 days, and if you opt for a refund, it can take around 13 days. Amazon’s customer support does cooperate, but the overall resolution is very slow.My advice: Buy it only if you’re ready for these hassles. Otherwise, spend a little more and get a better, more reliable AC. Buy once, but buy a good one.

I purchased this 0.5-ton, 3-star inverter AC model via Amazon. Although it was available on the manufacturer's website, I bought it through Amazon and received it in excellent condition. It is a compressor-type AC that delivers top-notch cooling performance. My house is a 150-square-foot structure made entirely of corrugated metal sheets; within that space, I partitioned off a 75-square-foot area using Thermocol to create a separate room. The cooling in this partitioned space is excellent. I had also tested running it in the full 150-square-foot metal-walled area, and the cooling was good there too, but since it would have to run for extended periods, I decided to use it in the smaller 75-square-foot section instead. It works very well—an ideal choice for a small room that anyone can buy with confidence. The service is reliable, and the customer support is responsive and efficient. I had been searching for a compact AC for a long time, and this one is truly excellent. Iam waiting 5star model

Product is goof for this budget. And also cooling is good for 90 square feet room.Noise is also less and easy to installation.Also quality is good but one thing is that the cooling and heating part separation through thermocol if this material will be fiber, it will be better.
