Impractical design and poor quality control

This product is not practical at all. Every time the jar is filled, you have to take the top part off just to pour the juice out or to clean it. Doing this requires a lot of force, and there is no proper grip on the unit to pull it apart easily.​To make matters worse, the quality is very poor. The first unit I received worked just one time and then stopped working. I ordered a replacement, and the second unit did not work at all. I got a refund, but I suggest looking for a different model. I cannot recommend this product due to poor quality control and an impractical design.

The product is not very useful as most of the juice gets stuck in its multiple parts. I had previously used one Phillips citrus juicer. There was no need to make it so complicated.
