Lights in wheel function only when rolling( think it will work even without batteries) ,while music and light on standing board needs battery. Lights on steering works on another battery ,came preinstallled. Overall happy with purchase. Hope it last for a long time

I bought this foldable kick scooter as a Children’s Day gift for my little one, and it has been a total hit! The build quality is super sturdy and feels very safe. My kid absolutely loves riding it and has been using it every single day. The foldable design makes it easy to carry and store, which is a big plus for parents. For the price they charge, you expect a premium product, but what I received feels like cheap, broken plastic.​Here are the main issues:Return Trap: Amazon will not accept a return for a refund; they only offer a replacement through the brand.​Useless Customer Service: I have tried contacting R for Rabbit multiple times, and their support is non-existent. They are slow to respond and provide no actual help for their defective hardware.​Poor Quality Control: How does a product leave the factory when the main selling points (lights and music) don't even turn on?Bottom Line: You are taking a huge gamble buying this. If you get a broken one like I did, you will be stuck in \"replacement hell\" with a company that doesn't care about its customers. Save your sanity and buy a different brand.
