Defective product, doesn't work at all

The product arrived in damaged packaging, had many scratches in the product itself. Even after charging for two whole hours, the button that makes the sword light up didn't work. Only the sheath was working, extremely poor quality. Looks like they repacked a used product and shipped it without a quality check. Pathetic experience, there's no refund option either, I have issued a replacement order, let's see what happens.Update - Ordered replacement but delivery partner rejected replacement saying the product is the same but in their system it is showing product is different after scanning, resulting in failed verification. I purchased it for my nephews birthday but now customer support said they are unable to issue a replacement and now I have to wait for a refund for 13 days. Pathetic seller, never purchase this.

The sword is not durable.

I tried to swing the sword but it snapped and broke in two parts as visible in the image. I had just unwrapped it, it was new, and the lighting was good but no use since it snapped in two. I tried initiating a replacement for it, but the replacement never happened, there was a delivery issue and they said it can't be replaced now, it can only be returned. I wasted too many days waiting for this product, only buy it if you have a lot of time to wait if in case something happens with the product.
