Disappointing Performance and Reliability Issues

Unreliable Vacuum Capability: Frequently shuts off during use, significantly extending cleaning time.Inadequate Suction Power: Fails to remove anything beyond light or superficial stains, underperforming on deeper cleaning tasks.Prone to Clogging: Requires pre-cleaning to avoid clogs, negating convenience.Ineffective Self-Cleaning Feature: Does not work as advertised, leading to extra manual cleaning effort.Leaks Water During Use: Creates additional messes and safety concerns, indicating a design flaw.Overall Poor Execution: Despite appealing design, the machine's functionality and reliability fall short of expectations, making it unsuitable for effective cleaning, especially of deep stains and heavy dirt. Not Recommended: Given the multitude of issues, this product is a disappointing investment for those in need of a robust cleaning solution.I recently purchased this cleaning machine with high hopes, given its promising features and sleek design. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to share the issues I've encountered to help others make an informed decision.First and foremost, the vacuum capability of the machine is incredibly unreliable. It frequently turns off during cleaning sessions, which is not only frustrating but also significantly extends the time required to clean even small areas. This issue seems to stem from a design flaw rather than a one-off defect. Moreover, the suction power is disappointingly inadequate. It struggles to remove anything beyond light or superficial stains, leaving behind anything more challenging. For a machine that's marketed as being capable of deep cleaning, this is a major shortfall. I had hoped it would be my go-to solution, but it falls short of handling everyday messes effectively.Another significant issue is its tendency to get clogged when used on genuinely dirty surfaces. This defeats the purpose of using a cleaning machine, as pre-cleaning to a certain standard is required to prevent the machine from clogging. This requirement is impractical and negates the convenience expected from such a product.Lastly, the self-cleaning attachment, a feature that was a major selling point for me, does not work as advertised. It fails to clean itself properly, leading to additional manual cleaning after use. This not only adds to the overall cleaning time but also diminishes the usability and efficiency of the machine. In summary, while the concept and design of the cleaning machine are appealing, its performance and reliability are severely lacking. It appears to be suited only for light cleaning tasks on surfaces that are already relatively clean. For anyone looking for a robust cleaning solution, especially for deep stains and heavy dirt, I cannot recommend this product. It's a disappointing investment, and I will be looking into alternatives that can truly deliver on their promises.Furthermore, a critical issue that exacerbates the machine's inadequacies is its tendency to leak water everywhere during use. This problem not only creates additional messes that need cleaning but also poses a risk to the durability of the machine and the safety of the user. A cleaning device that leaks is counterintuitive, leading to increased cleanup time and effort, which is precisely what one hopes to avoid by using such a machine. The water leakage issue highlights a significant oversight in the product's design and quality control, casting further doubt on its reliability and efficiency as a cleaning tool. Coupled with the other mentioned drawbacks, this leakage issue firmly places the machine as a poorly executed product that fails to live up to its advertised capabilities and certainly does not justify its cost.

Not good quality

This review is based on my experience after using the product for one and a half years. Unfortunately, the quality is not up to the mark. I have used it very sparingly, hardly twice a month, yet the attached pipe has torn from the middle, and the suction function has stopped working. I expected much better durability from this product.
