Buy a proper argonomic chair (₹3000 onwards )or use 250 DIY setup.
Good, but not a proper solutionYou can get DIY half argonomic chair with some consideration in mind 1.fill any type of cushion in it 2.this does not work on chairs without back support or open back chairs.
