It works efficiently, compact and slick design make it easy to store, every function of it work smoothly. Like it so much. Its very useful and not less than any other heavy machines. Accessories are good, its cable are also very long. Value for money and its a good investment.

Extremely Disapointed with the product and customer support

I purchased the Singer 1410 automatic ZigZag Sewing Machine 1 month before through Amazon expecting the quality and reliability that Singer is known for, but my experience has been extremely disappointing.From the beginning, the machine has had issues. The stitching frequently gets stuck, and there is an unusual noise coming from inside the machine while sewing. Because of these problems, the machine is not usable as expected.What disappointed me even more was the customer service. I requested a product demonstration and support several times. Although my requests were acknowledged, no one contacted me or provided the promised assistance.I chose Singer because I trusted the brand's reputation, but this experience has completely changed my opinion. A good product should be backed by reliable after-sales service, and unfortunately, that has not been the case.Unless Singer improves both its product quality and customer support, I cannot recommend this sewing machine to others. I hope the company takes customer complaints seriously and resolves issues promptly for future buyers.

Muchísimas funciones muy fácil de llevar, resistente y ampliamente recomendable, ya sea que la vayas a usar de forma casual o de forma profesional esta máquina es perfecta y muy recomendable yo la utilizo para hacer cosplays y me ha funcionado perfecta si no sabes configurarla te recomiendo utilizar plataformas de inteligencia artificial para que te ayude a configurar los distintos mecanismos para que sea mucho más fácil de usar pero incluso te incluye un curso de utilización de la máquina que recomiendo que aproveches.
