Stylish Retro Keyboard with Smooth Typing Experience

Absolutely loving this keyboard! The retro typewriter design looks premium and adds a unique aesthetic to my desk setup. The round keys feel satisfying while typing, and the build quality is surprisingly solid for the price. The multi-device connectivity is super convenient I can easily switch between my laptop, tablet, and phone without reconnecting every time. Bluetooth connection has been stable so far, and the typing experience is smooth once you get used to the round keycaps. The built-in tablet/phone holder is also very useful during work and content watching. Overall, its a perfect mix of vintage style and modern functionality. Definitely recommended for anyone who wants a stylish and functional wireless keyboard!

Stylish & unique keyboard

Stylish & unique keyboard, but not for everyoneConnectivity is smooth it supports multiple devices (Bluetooth + 2.4GHz), and switching between them is quite convenient. Typing feels soft and quiet, making it suitable for casual use, office work, or content creation. However, there are a few downsides:Not a mechanical keyboard, so dont expect a thocky or premium typing feelRound keys can take some time to get used toCleaning between keys can be slightly difficultNot ideal for fast typing or gamingOverall, this keyboard is more about aesthetics and vibe rather than performance.Great for desk setup & casual use, but not for heavy users.

Far Better Than Expected Great Quality & Value for Money

Really impressed with this keyboard! It looks amazing, feels premium, and is very comfortable to use. My daily work has become much easier, and the typing experience is smooth and enjoyable. Honestly, it turned out even better than I expected. Great quality, great performance, and definitely value for money. Highly recommended

The worst typing feel in my whole life since 1995.

Pros:1. It's a very unique, quirky, charming looking addition to the WFH desk.2. Has a USB dongle so can be connected directly to the USB ports in my monitor for instant and seamless connectivity with any laptop we connect to the monitor (both Windows & Mac).Cons:1. The typing feel is really awful.Like... this is the worst typing experience I've had with a keyboard in my whole life, even compared to the simpler wired membrane keyboards used with desktops in the 90s. The reason it is so bad is because this is NOT ONLY a membrane keyboard BUT ALSO one with really tall keycaps sitting on an even taller base so the key travel is uncomfortably deep with an ambiguous feedback-less moment at which each key registers the letter being typed. Sometimes letters get registered with a very shallow touch and sometimes it feels like you have to push all the way. The typing definitely is very quiet but that feels like a flaw here and not a feature as there is no feedback at all while typing. It's like using a bunch of marshmallows to type. Floaty and all over the place. The design also makes it very easy to accidentally type the wrong letters due to grazing the fingers across the wrong spot (this happens regardless of whether you have pro typing skills or a hunt & peck typing style). The overall height of the keycap tops from the desk level is also a huge ergonomic red flag and makes the whole experience way worse unless you have an extra cushion or something to rest your palms on in front of the keyboard. Even with such extra fittings, I'm not sure the worst membrane keyboard ever would give a much better experience than the one I'm having. This isn't a matter of learning curve either. I know what that's like because of an old Logitech K380 which has rouund keys and takes a bit of getting used to. This is not that. This is just bad design which sacrifices function for the sake of form.I'm not writing this to be a hater as I have the privilege to be able to swallow the non-refundable 1800 I paid for this whimsical fantasy. I'm just writing this for that 1 other person who might be looking for a genuine upgrade for their WFH setup and deserves to know exactly what the experience is like before buying a non-returnable item. I really wanted to think I was paying more for teh fantasy of having a retro looking typewriter thing on my desk. But the typing experience is very far from \"fine\" as mentioned in the reviews I read before buying this. And I am not even holding the typing experience of this keyboard upto the likes of a mechanical keyboard or anything. My current HP 350 Compact is also a membrane keyboard (not even scissor switches) but that one actually feels wonderful to use. The only reason I even considered buying this is because my wife's work-issue Windows laptop has bluetooth disabled by their IT team so we needed a USB dongle based keyboard which could connect directly into the monitor with compatibility for both Mac & Windows without any fuss.At almost 2k... there is soooooooo much more value that money can buy. This isn't value for money by a long shot despite how cool it looks. Unless you're just buying it as a showpiece in which case I would sell mine to you for a discount and we'd both be happy ;)

Best upgrade

Really love the design of this keyboard. The vintage typewriter style looks amazing on my desk and the round keys make typing feel very satisfying. It connects easily to multiple devices and switching between them is quick and simple. The foldable stand at the back also gives good support while typing. Overall, a stylish and functional keyboard for work or daily use.

Quality

Trust me the key quality is not that good. Can have just for aesthetics

great combination of style + functionality.

I recently bought the Xech Typewriter Wireless Keyboard, and honestly, it completely upgraded my desk setup. The vintage design with round keycaps looks super aesthetic and gives a premium, retro vibe. Its compact in size, so it doesnt take much space and keeps my desk clean and organized. What I love the most is how easy it is to use for multitasking. I can switch between my laptop, phone, and tablet seamlessly, which saves a lot of time during work.Overall, great combination of style + functionality. Definitely worth it if you want something different from boring keyboards
